Grow a pair
I try not to kill spiders but when you get a load of these you have to really, a bug bomb might be worth a try, screwfix sell them, I've never tried them on spiders tho. There are a few harmless species that are easily confused with false widows, double check that they are actually what you think
I got roped in to do a kitchen in a children's centre for a charity, it was crawling with these things! A size 11 safety boot sorts em out
Edit, the bug bombs do kill spiders, if it's a wooden shed I'd suggest wrapping the outside in sheeting first so the fog stays in longer

My garage gets loads of them a well, always nice opening up the guest chair at the lake to be confronted by one of those little buggers

The bite does not actually hurt,it's no worse than a wasp sting.I love spiders and have a friend who has a few in his collection.The worst is his Rose Hair Tarantula if she gets pissed off she let's you know about it
Got a few in my garage but I leave them alone to keep other pests away, they build pretty awesome webs too....... 
If you want rid though, get some weed killer or Jeyes fluid in a spray bottle and job done.......

They are hiding in all my stuff.
Spraying jeyes fluid will help clear the corners but there is just so many shelves with stuff so too many hidy holes.
A bug bomb or insecticidal spray may be a better option.

I had to read 36 water meters last friday..as the colleague wont go near the meters,some big boys in those dark metres depths lol
So,back along,..I was night fishing,years ago,in my shorts ,for big anything in the margins..I feel this what can only be described as a large pea,as I never saw it first,crawling up the back of my leg.
It bit me,it did not hurt...
But when the puss flared up,for three sleepless painful nights,I near went to a doc,but it lessened, the pain..
I got em in me shed,and barn..big buggers...!!

I've had a couple of bites off them, I'd liken it to a horse fly bite rather than a wasp sting, a wasp sting hurts immediately where these bites I hardly felt, but knew all about it a few hours later, big itchy pus filled welts

A lot of people confuse the more common orb weaver with false widows, no reason to go all fire and brimstone on these as they're harmless

When my missus was 31 I told her the adult hand sized huntsman hiding in our tent was harmless.. she wasn't happy when she got internet signal again 😬
Though she did piss off a brown snake wearing flip flops and need rescuing

Can cause nausea, heart palpitations and in some cases death was along the lines of what it said... never has a 10 hour drive been so uncomfortable

I have finally sorted the problem.
I got a spray aerosol called Indorex spray, made by Virbac. Its used as a flea treatment but reading the blurb it seems it will kill everything.
I used about 1/3 of the aerosol one warm day, sprayed around as much of the shed as i could see, far too much junk to easily access all the corners, and then quickly retreated and kept the door shut for a week.
Next time i went in the webs had not been rebuilt so it looked good.
So two weeks after the 1st spray i gave it another 1/3 of a tin and now a month later it seems like a complete success.
