I'm after some reels to suit my 3.5lb 10 footers.
Looking to spend between 100-150ish per reel but maybe a bit more.
Any recommendations please?

Shimano ultegra 5500 xtd , Daiwa emcast 25A , Daiwa GS4000 LTD , Okuma inception 6000 any of them would pair up great

If you can stretch a little more bud get the shimano ci4 5500 much better reel to the xtd 5500s, others mentioned below are all good reels though and would be a good choice

That's my setup with the Ci4 reels and think they work well with the 10ft rods.

. . anyone used the new Daiwa 20 GS BR LT 5000C . . ? Fancy them for my barbel / floater / stalking rods - baitrunner is always useful in these instances . . .

I've got the daiwa emcast 25a on my 10ft rods and they are brilliant little reels, that being said my mate got some of the wychwood extricator 5000 and in my opinion are the perfect reel for 10ft rods, they look and feel superb.

Would Daiwa tournament 5000T fit on 10ft rods?

Really like the 5000t but worried they might be too big/heavy for a 10ft set up how long have you had them

Shimano Medium Baitrunners fit my 10ft Scopes fine.

I have 3lb Explorers for my grab and go, or canal, shorter distance waters, and after recommendations off this site for the Okuma inc 6000, I have a set of those, and they're honestly incredibly good!
