I'm on and off with it, or have been in the past, too easy to get into bad habits, a can every couple of nights can soon become 3
Find a substitute drink that you like, preferably healthy when you fancy one, job done
Limit the nights you drink too

Henri Weston s only have one tho then something a bit lower in % but I no what you mean I have about 6 cans and some times think why did I drink them think it's boredom put some music on open a can why not it's Friday lol
