Scopes arrived, very happy with them and pair well with the ss2600's I also ordered.
Transport wise, I need something suitable and was looking at the R10, anyone else use this and would you recommend?
Like the idea of a bag to take most of my tackle as I only do day or 34 hour sessions.

I wouldn't get that . It must be like carrying a coffin. Have a look at the scope ops 3 rod skin. They are back in stock now.

I have Cotswold pace compacts which are very similar, did have scopes previously but I got rid, that's another story.
I've got a single and 2 rod skin which works fine, as one of my tickets is 2 rods only so it means I can leave the third at home.
Wouldn't advise on the transporter bag, as post 2 said it looks like a coffin and I don't like the concept.

My pal has a transporter and its a massively bulky piece of kit may be ok if you are carrying on a barrow but as a holdall its virtually useless in my opinion

As said already, looks like a good idea,BUT, in my case everything you want first is at the bottom, as for moving it about I adapted a lightweight sack barrow kinda worked but got p***** off so much I sold it and got the double and single skins, still got the barrow though

As requested - feedback re the cult tackle rod holder.
Overall it isn't bad for the money, the zips seem decent quality , materials again seem decent.
The lack of padding for me is the issue, it really is minimal. Coming from Speero luggage, it feels like a big step down in quality / protection.
So the Nash 3 rod skins hasn't arrived, but I returned this today anyway as I would be too concerned with rod damage to feel happy using it.
But again, it's £50 so actually decent value. If I had dwarfs or soniks I would have probably kept it.

Ive got the R9 transporter. I liked the idea of it as id only need to take a mat in addition to the bag. As others have allluded to, it is an utter pig to carry due to its shape. One of my shorter carry handles came unstitched withing 6 months, a zip on one the top compartments has split and you lose stuff between the three compartments

Yea I did like the idea of an all in one bag, but didn't realise how large it would ultimately be.
Hopefully the 3 rod skin is good, looks like it should be. Considering the spec ops ruckall..... But is it really worth twice as much as the new Thinking anglers one.

I have the Cult 3 rod tackle bag for my xtractor rods it's decent quality but not a fan of net attachments prefer to have a dedicated pocket for nets so I've ordered the Nash 3 rod skin. Hopefully it's good quality for the price also looked at the Aqua atom bag which looks good

The scope ops 3 rod skin arrived today, really pleased. Seems well built and we'll padded.
Fits the rods in nicely, good pockets on the outside for banksticks and net.
Would recommend.

Hi guys resurrecting this thread instead of starting a new one, I've recently got 10ft scopes and need to get a bag for them, and my rucksack has seen better days so I'm not sure whether to get the 3 rod bag and a new rucksack or the transporter style coffin bag which will eliminate me needing a rucksack. Any advice and recommendations or reviews, doesn't have to be a nash product

Recently got a pair of 10ft pace compacts from Cotswolds Rods and got the Cult tackle compact rod holdall on their advice and it's really good and I am happy to recommend. Obviously this is a 1st impression recommendation rather than a long term user review

I use the two rod scope bag, with single skins for third rod, spod and floater. The two rod bag carries two rods internally, plus a net a sling, and then you can attach a further two rod skins to it. The floater rod I keep separate. Works for me.
The transporter is pretty bulky, personally prefer to keep tackle in a separate bag.

I was supposed to have the cygnet retractable rod holdall turn up this week but the royal mail lost it. Looked good online as holds 3 rods plus net and sling and space for throwing stick inside. I'm away next week but I'll let you know what it's like when I get back as the new one the seller sent out should be here.

So this turned up yesterday.
Looks a decent bit of kit. Got three rods in the main holdall without issue. Padding is ok.
Has another 2 pockets one has my floating sling and landing net in the other with pod and distance sticks.
Bit bulkier than the Nash holdall I had but that was ancient and all the zips were knackered.
For £35 quid for the cygnet one I'm impressed.

Cheers guys, a few to look at. Was close to getting the sonik transporter second hand as it seems really convenient but so many on here preferring standard rod holdalls is making me unsure. I'm not too bothered about it being bulky as I can barrow it or carry it as most places I fish are short walks to the pegs.

Hi. Bought a Sonik SK tech 3 rod sleeve for my extractors (9ft) 10's are avail. Generous padding and plenty of room. Has an external pocket for nets etc and it partly unroll allowing you to carry a retainer, slim line pod, storm rods, distance sticks, buzzers etc wrapped up. Decent straps too. Went for this option as it will accommodate the longer handled scope/ extractor style rods as well as Dwarfs..Go for the Dwarf sleeves and the handle section won't allow the scopes etc!
Korda Tele rod bag is good, so is their new 30ltr Ruck

I have been waiting for the 30lt rucksack to come out and when I saw it I was very disappointed in it no padding on pockets no chest strap seems they are cutting corners same as there carryalls no carry handles just lift handles shoulder strap I think for the price they should have these as standard as there not exactly cheap

How do you rate the Korda tele compared to the cult tackle retractable?

It feels a bit bulky & flimsy and it lacks storage compared to a Nash 2 rod 10ft scope bag that I bought off the bay. The cult one can take my rods landing net pole & that's it.
The nash 2 scope can take a landing net, net, banksticks, brolly (my pod fits in the brolly slot), & a few bits of misc tackle in the side pockets
