Anyone use their stuff these days.

I'm thinking of a change but I'll be honest their rage doesn't look to be what it used to be. Scopex looks to be the only bait they offer that isn't In the instant attraction range, which definitely won't suit my very low stocked lake.

Just interested.

Please don't respond telling me about I should buy Davies bedrooms baits or garage baits. I'm after a good quality bait

I haven't used there bait in 10 years but I did try a lot of there products and to be honest apart from the scopex squid and robin red, everything else was absolutely crap! A waste of money but that was a long time ago and I haven't bought any of there baits since.

Maybe go to a local water you do well on and try a few of there session packs, that's what I would do and see from there, whichever baits work best invest in them.

Tight lines

I wouldn't bother with Nash then

There are better companies out there these days. ABS, Blakes, Trent Baits all do quality bait at a similar or cheaper price then Nash. Gary no longer seems to be there and in my opinion the bait has taken a turn for the worse. They only seem to do scopex squid or citrus these days. The SS I can tell you is nothing like the original.

used the candynut crush until it totally changed.... dry sawdust bait now, smells changed and you can see the colour of the bait has also changed.
better out there for less money.

however...... I do like the citruz pop ups.

Quite why Nash moved away from their excellent original baits (S mix, sting fish mix, monster pursuit etc) to focus on readymades is beyond me. I wouldnt touch their baits now

Or is it priced in such a way that the 'offer' more than covers the cost of 3 bags anyway? Those instant action/ citruz baits look VERY cheap in their composition - classic example of people loving a 'bargain'...

I read that Gary had been very unwell, sincerely hope that he makes a speedy recovery.

As for the bait, I don't know a single person that uses it nowadays.

Yes, that's correct but I think he'd taken a back seat before then. Marcus runs the factory now. Not for the better it seems.

What happened to The Key? Had great results on it when it first came out and now can't seem to find it anywhere. I know they produce key cray but never had the same catch results for me.

If your looking for a long term bait I would steer away from Nash baits as they have a tendency to discontinue after a few years.

I've been using Scopex Squid for a while now and have very consistent results with it.

It didn't sell as it was too expensive. A very good bait but not viable at £15 a kilo. Supply and demand.
