Hi guys,
I've noticed a lot of stores are selling off/reducing the M3 + wrap. Also, stock is starting to get limited. Is something new from Aqua on the horizon or is it just that time of year again?
Also, I'd be interested to hear form any current users?

Its probably not as popular as it once was, i use a tempest air for shorter sessions but for any longer sessions especially later in the year still prefer my m3 i do have the normal wrap and super extended wrap these cover all eventualities i am likely to face and see no reason to change

If i had to choose one ... give me an M3 or Mk2 Armo over any of the Tempest variations every time

Yep production stopped on the M3, pram hood shelters are just not as popular now.

I just bought myself an M3 and wrap, Unfortunately the first one had pulls in both the bivvy and wrap so it went back for a replacement, The replacement bivvy was fine but the wrap had similar issues, They didn't have any wraps in stock at the time so I just kept the bivvy and had a refund for the wrap
Apparently they sent the pictures over to Aqua who advised it wouldn't effect the performance of the wrap but I wasn't happy with that
After all you wouldn't buy a new car with a scratch on and just shrug it off
The actual quality of the stitching on the bivvy is spot on and no dodgy areas or over stitches, All the seams are taped well and straight
Ground sheet is thick and it all came in separate bags
Overall the quality is very good I guess I just got unlucky with the wraps
I may try another as they have stock again now at £10 cheaper than my refund

The bivvy has been finished in their Sheffield factory so the seams etc should be spot on. Not sure about the wrap though!
I still think a pramhood is the ultimate session shelter, especially in winter with a proper full wrap as opposed to skull caps etc.

They have all come out if Cipher in Sheffield for a good few years now, (Trakker, Cygnet & Aqua).

Yes Julie still works out of there. main distribution etc is Cipher

Thanks for the replies everyone, I may actually take the plunge then... I have no issue with pram style bivvys. I'm coming from a Fox Royale so anything is going to be a massive step up

Brilliant bivvies!! Just too big and heavy for my fishing now, but for the session angler up there with the best.
