After eventually finding the English version I too ordered mine and it arrived in 7 days
I don't intend to enter any zones however you never know.

On My last trip my fellow angler had to be taken to the hospital as he had a kidney stone, I've never had a kidney stone but he told me it was very very painful (but he's a wuzz anyway) fortunately I didn't enter anywhere that needed the sticker but in the future you do not know

I think the rules below for Lyon are the same for all ZFE's.
Probably not much of a problem this year, but I would think those in the 1st list will have camera systems and automatic fine up and running by next year.
List of towns with ZFE's and those who will have one soon :

current ZFE:

Eurométropole de Strasbourg
Grand Lyon Métropole
Grand Reims Communauté Urbaine
Grenoble-Alpes-Métropole
Métropole du Grand Paris
Métropole de Rouen-Normandie
Métropole Aix-Marseille Provence
Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur
Montpellier-Méditerranée Métropole
Saint-Etienne Métropole
Toulouse Métropole
Clermont-Ferrand

soon to be ZFE:

Amiens
Angers
Annecy
Avignon
Bayonne
Béthune
Bordeaux
Brest
Caen
Chambéry
Dijon
Douai-Lens
Dunkerque
Annemasse
Le Havre
Le Mans
Lille
Limoges
Metz
Mulhouse
Nancy
Nantes
Nîmes
Orléans
Pau
Perpignan
Rennes
Toulon
Tours
Valenciennes

Careful with the categories too.
Don't know about Rouen but in Lyon (including motorways A6, A7 and northern ring-road), crit'air 4 (diesel cars pre 2006) and above is banned, or crit'air 3 (diesel pre 2011 or petrol pre 2005) and above for category N1 vans.
They don't have cameras yet but I think they are being put in this year, for the moment you can just be fined if you are stopped.

That's the exact reason I got it. Many years ago we took a wrong turn on the outer periphique (Paris) and ended up near in the city centre, great view of the Pompidou centre and Seine I was told, but not needed when your knackered and driving in a foreign city centre
Really didn't need the agro of worrying about the crit air for the price.

I got a crit air sticker for my trips to France, ive never actually had to travel through a city that needs it. However, if by any reason i need to, diversion, break down, emergency etc then ive not got the worry of being fined. For the sake of a few quid its definatly worth getting one.

Avoiding the area could add an hour to your journey, learned that the hard way thanks to Waze deciding it wanted to avoid the city. The drive through the diversion was beautiful, albeit tiring.

For the sake of 4 euros, get one. Took less than a week for the sticker to be delivered.

Might be a daft Q but why even risk it, it costs so little to get one

The city has installed auto-cameras this year.
Even if you are just traversing the city (direct south from Dieppe, cross the Seine via the Gustav Flaubert bridge on the west side of the city) you are in the crit zone.
The route is all dual carriageway, with just three roundabouts on the south side of the Seine.
The speed limits change up/down frequently and several static cameras on the run in and out of the city. The plod also leave unmarked camera cars along the carriageways, just outside the armco so hard to spot, even when you are up close (and too late).

I'm not sure if it's up and running but to be honest I think the crit air sticker is €3.5 euros , in my opinion better off to just get one , if you need to divert or anything you know your sorted.

Anyone had any probs getting through Rouen without Crit Air sticker or is it better to try and avoid built up area's? Does anyone know if there are any enforcement cameras in operation yet ? Travelling from Dieppe to Le Mans
Cheers
