I use the korda spinner swivels, balancing weights and a backwards kicker on the hook. I just crimp this to a stiff boom although you can just tie a loop. I have a load of hooks with beads, kickers and bait screws ready to go and just swap them when needed.

In reply to Post #1 If you are using a stiff material like Boom or similar I've had no problem crimping the Ronnie clip on. The tungsten sleeve still passes over the crimp and clip.

In reply to Post #3 As to which knot, much depends on the hook length material you are using.
If using 30lb amnesia for the boom then I use a 3-4 turn blood knot as it slides together easier.
You have to adapt to what hooklength material you want to use. A couple of pullers and give it some welly.
If the little vein in your forehead isn't throbbing then you are not really trying
I have just checked and I think this is a 3 turn grinner. Nice and neat.

In reply to Post #1 Use the esp ones, but make a little loop of very heavy shockie braid to loop onto the puller to tighten down on the small esp loop thingy.
