In reply to Post #1 I've never given them a safe place, even when I'm in they often dump it where they want and scarper, so yes remove the safe place option and let them have the liability.

9/10 Amazon delivery drivers were just leaving my items at my safe place that I had on my account in the event that I am not home. I have been home and they haven’t even knocked on.
I take a look at my Amazon account to take the option off the account which was to leave behind wheelie bin if I am not home. However what I note is that it had automatically changed from (if there is no one home) to (if the item does not fit through letterbox.) Oh, and the option of if not at home is not now there.
Same has happened on my daughters account too.
Please check as you may end up with an item that they’ve taken a photo off in your chosen safe place and that if it gets stolen and you haven’t got a so called leg to stand on to get your money back.
