I'm flying out of LHR, is it in the congestion zone?

My car is ULEZ compliant but I'm trying see if lhr is in the congestion zone.

Unless you go through the middle
M4 in will be ok

Spot on.
The congestion charge zone covers only a small area.........at the moment
