Cosmetically my ones just had general wear and tear. I didn't add a note asking for them to do anything specific, i just sent them off and they came back like new.

They'll probably be revising the pricing if they get a influx...lol.

They should do tear off patches for the dial face cover, similar to those use by motorbike riders.

I think I paid £27 five years ago and as mentioned they came back spotless as they replaced the front cover

You can ask them to replace anything (apart from the internals I think).
I'd cracked the back case but asked if they could replace the front as those mini scratches made it look frosted after years. They even called me and asked if I wanted the hooks replacing.

The service is second to none, really is.

If it costs you a fiver to send them and 30 for the repair and 90 originally, that's 125 and your probably doubling the life of them, 62.50 each life...no complaints here.

It's not just the internals they look at, when they come back they'll look like a new £90 set

Cheers cam
Not cheap but then again quality never is.
And I suppose cheap compared to a new set at £90
Think I paid £60 for mine when I bought them around 2010.
Jeez just typing that made me realise maybe they're well due a service.

Well, took someone's advice in the scales thread and sent my scales for a service. Come back as new, chuffed to bits. Thank you RH, great service!
