In reply to Post #1 Hinders do small pots of tigers in betalin for hookbaits, had lots of fish on these in the past , the basic betalin and almond betalin ones. They last for years in betalin .

In reply to Post #6 I've caught using Dynamite Jumbos, 2 wafted with a piece of cork between them.
They come in a small pot with plenty of liquid that has kept them fresh.

In reply to Post #1 Personally I'd do what the guys say, split & freeze. If not a option and only using as hookbaits you could add a load of salt, maybe even some sugar.

In reply to Post #1 I’ve found in the past the monster jars go off fairly quickly. Best thing to do is split in to small amounts that you want to use and freeze them.

Take a few out and put them In an old pop up pot and freeze the rest
Give them a shake every now and again and they mostly wont stick together.

Just a quick one...
I bought some Dynamite jarred tiger nuts, once opened how long do they last for?.I only want them for hookbaits so won't be using loads on each session
