Any with a tight weave, though the dust will fall through to some extent. Tiny bit of liquid to bind might help (I know you said dry), or perhaps double up with the mesh. If you do that then check how it melts in the margins before casting one out.

Hi, is it possible to make up small mesh bags with dry pva bag mix?

If so which mesh will I need to stop the powders comimg out of the holes whilst making them up?
