Looking for up to date recommendations for an exclusive hire lake in France (don't mind where) for up to 5/6 people with decent shower and cooking facilities. Goncourt woods lake would have been ideal with its central peninsula for a social trip but don't fancy the price tag much 😂😂😂

Just booked exclusive on Aquarium Fishery for May 2025. 8 anglers £3200. Never fished it before but plenty of good videos on YouTube and lots of very good reviews.

Is it just me but the name Aquarium puts me off. If I had my own lake I wouldn't call it Aquarium.

Anyway, I hope you have a good trip

Cheers, I've had a good look at angling lines and a few of those look decent, but there's nothing like an up to date review from an angler. As for Les Quis, I'd never set foot back on the place.

Which lakes are you looking at on Angling Lines as several of them do post UTD reviews and catch reports from Anglers. I know I was asked for it and it was posted when I went to Golden Oaks through them last year
Are you sure?
