Update:

I hadn't received an email response, but they were actively posting on social media about the latest new film etc which annoyed me, so I commented on their Instagram post.

Half an hour later I had an email saying I'd get a full refund as well as 3 months free.

Can't really complain, but a shame it takes all that for them to sort it.

Maybe they were embarrassed into doing it considering all the feedback?

"Honestly for £23 it's not really worth it. It's just the principal of it that's so annoying"

If that was your electric bill you'd be all over it as would anyone else. The only reason he hasn't done anything about it is because he's still getting away with it.

The bloke is a thief and should be treated as such.

As consumers, you have the responsibility to report it to protect yourselves as well as other consumers in the future. Not reporting it is condoning it.

I tell you what, if nothing is done within the next week i'll sort it out myself. People need to stop ****ing themselves into a pulp over false idols and hold them to account. They ain't your mates, they want your money. They are a business, not your friend. Treat them as you would any other business who is taking money out of your account without permission.

If it was your electricity bill, you probably wouldn't be subscribing in the first place.....
