...to be fair, mine are gloss, I like that too, not much in fashion either!

Try and find an image of a ballista blank(or ask stevieB nicelyfor a close up of the tip section) , the green looks better with the ud carbon finish, just the way the random flecks catch the light looks really cool, nicer than the woven pattern imo

How close, what do you specifically want to see?
