Have a look at this Handy FAQ. Also you'll need to have them uploaded to a picture hosting site already, you can't up[load from your own computer to the forum

Alright lads, not so much a new member, but and old one checking in. Was on here loads early to mid 2000s, good ol days before the dreaded FB. A few socials I remember, horseshoe, scouts pit, the one at Newark.

The competition, was it Battlecarp? Or something like that..,

Any of the old faces still about? Muzza, carp man Conway? I'm sure I'll remember a few in due course

Done the house and kids thing, kinda still on an angling break, but maybe in the foreseeable future a return to the bank

Andy

Guys I'm a total novice to pure carp fishing. My quarry for the past 10 years has been Barbel and before that match angling.I need plenty of feed back as to tackle and tactics.I wish to make my own baits and the my own 4 rigs.I have to take my limited funds into account as I'm a pensioner.Any help with were to get bait additives and how to the rigs would be most appreciated.

Hi
I'm new to the forum. I've been a casual river angler for about 10 years. Started carping about a year ago and am hooked! :0
I've been on day ticket lakes until now but have just been accepted onto a syndicate near me, a lake much larger and deeper than I'm used to! Looking for tips to improve my angling.
Thanks

Hi my name is Andrej im from Serbia, been looking for a while now. I started fishing when i was really young in the 90s. Made a huge break, got back into it a few years ago. Best decision ive made!
Hope to contribute and exchange knowledge and info from the bank.

Hi all,

Matchman for a fair few years and now have a lack of time to fish week after week. Now looking to do more short sessions for bigger fish.

Based in Luton and accumulating new gear as we speak

Hi,

I'm new to the forum (even though I have been browsing around for the past few months) and I am pleased to be part of such community. I have been fishing for carp for more than 10 years, however, in the past couple of years, I did not get much fishing as I used to do due to time and space reasons (i.e. loads of tackle). Based in Cambridge right now and currently building a day-roving setup for short - but hopefully successful carp sessions. Looking to improve my knowledge of carp rigs adapted to British waters.

Cheers!

used to love fishing as a boy, so I decided to give this carping a go this year, absolutely loving it. Based in St ives Cambs. This is my first post, not sure how this all works yet but looking forward to reading and learning about your experiences on the banks. Tight lines
