I hope you are all well and catching. I've not really had much chance to get on here for a while... Works been maniac.

A few fishy pics...

Loads of recent photos of Ricci, top rod by some way on Wingham this Spring. All GPB1 CC pop ups or 13mm balanced. Most of these are 40's or upper 30's.

Ricci again, with Blackspot spawned out at 54lb+. Second time he's had it, it's something like the eighth time the biggest fish in there has been caught on our hook baits (7 x on S2). First time it's been caught on the garlic as far as I know.

His work mate Charlie had the big common out of Larky at 50lb+ on an S2 cork ball a couple of days later. New PB's for both.

Im just about to run out of my S2 corkballs.

I'm going to go for the smaller ones this time. Will they hold up a size 5 hook ok on a multi rig?

Would the crushed corks be more buoyant?

Maybe I should get the CCs and trim them down?

Much as I'm embarrassed to admit it; I find that the Ridge Monkey eezeknot works a treat with my putting pop ups on with floss even if though it makes that bell in my hat sound shriller than usual.
