Niko, always nice to have members from another country as they tend to have a different outlook on carpfishing to us Brits. I look forward to hearing about your experiences. Welcome.

The link does not appear to work, not on my computer anyway ?

I thought i would say Hello to all & say what a cracking forum this is,I dont get to fish as much as i would like now that i have kids (priority) but i enjoy the Fishy conversations here which helps take away the blues when not able to get on the bank, especially in the winter.

Yes another fare weather fisherman and am not ashamed to admit it, too bleeding cold for me

A big HELLO from me

Hello, I'm dean from Cornwall and just getting back into carping after putting the rods down about 10 years ago, was a long time member of R.A.C in Cornwall and I recognise one or two names on here from back in the day.
Look forward to catching up with friends and the latest trends

Hi all,

I'm Ian, been fishing (general coarse and sea) on and off since I was a kid, although more off than on for the last decade or so. Got back into angling regularly within the last year and recently decided to get into carp fishing, after years spent travelling round, and since I'm now somewhat settled in an area with a few decent carp fisheries (Oxfordshire).

Already learnt quite a lot from browsing the site and being introduced to the search function certainly helped!

Hope to learn a lot more and get a PB worth actually noting down and remembering

Cheers

Hello all, new to this site but been going through a few threads and i am finding it very informative, i have fished since i was 10, i am now 42, mainly flyfished for trout and grayling, but had a few times here and there general coarse fishing, had a go mainly for carp from august last year and plan on fishing for mainly carp this year, also regular lure angler for perch and pike, mainly the colder months, look forward to a lot of learning.
