If you going to use a gas stove get a usb mug warmer on ebay/Amazon and put it in the base of a gas can cover. Make a huge difference to get the stove really firing.

Any recommendations for a heated mattress? Looked at the avid and Nash ones, are they only compatible with there systems? And are they any good? Thanks
