The main camera went on my S21 Ultra, it was 100% a software issue but Samsung wanted me to buy a new camera for it. Vowed never to buy a Samsung again, moved to Pixel 8 pro and very happy with it. Feels like the user experience is slightly closer to an apple device (simplicity etc etc)
