I read that digesting the non-stick coating can lead to an increase in capitalitis. Are you sure it's not just the non-stick you've been licking? Those windows look awfully clean...

Luke .........its nothing to do with it in your system ?
its to do with fooking up the non stick capability of the coating by using low cal sprays
when new you can cook more or less anything in them and when finished a bit of wet kitchen roll and a wipe its like brand new in seconds
and if you DONT ever use low cal sprays and just use normal oil it should stay that way for years
but
using low cal sprays as per the Warning labels now on non stick Teflon pans the Non stick coating stops being non stick and stuff will stick like s**t to a blanket and cleaning becomes hard work

I think there's a collective trying to pull Gerrys leg 
Tefal or Du-Pont as they own the Tefal brand putting a warning out not to use lo-cal oils etc...on their non stick now, there's a joke pity they didn't send out warnings to the locals living near their main plant 30 odd years ago to not drink the local water supply, what a responsible company they are.

Tis a irony, the healthy option being err...less healthy
I wonder what the next product will be that interacts with something.
Won't be long until BBQs, frying, dairy and whatever else you like is banned and replaced by a healthier option that'll be found to be carcinogenic in 30 years

Tossed my Ridgemonkey cookware long ago. Probably had something to do with having watched Dark Waters, but their non-stick coating was a joke - regardless of what oil I used. It fell off immediately and looked awful. Now they went with the granite look, supposedly because it looks more premium, but I don't know.

Can't beat a good bit of Lard... 
Every frying pan Sandwich skillet high end low end at home or on the bank. They all start to loose there so called no stick coating after a while.
