Love Lee Joss, he is the nicest person you could ever meet you know that. We used to call him far worse than tall, especially Gal (banter). He is like the Eiffel tower. When we were young and innocent he was 8ft10" but weighed six stone wet through.
Now look at him. That carp is 167lb really, it just looks like a double, cos Lee is so massive.

And a “sponsored” angler that's always said “alternative hookbait” when he catches them 👌
Not a bad pond in his back garden either......

Can't change yesterday, can only change tomorrow. It's all gone and already forgotten.
Yes Tony has used them from the start. He caught the big common out of Kingsmead Islands on an S2 a decade ago. He has since become sponsored by Dynamite & Carp Spirit, but still uses the hook baits. He is not stupid.
So has his best mate Andrew used them from the start. He was on Roach Pit in 2013 with me, where he caught the Yellow among others on an S2. I'd imagine it was him who showed Tony. He, like his mate has his own fishery now too, where he caught this one yesterday. Some nice fish down that way now.

A couple of years ago Andy told me off for saying I'd had fish on the S2's from his lake as he didnt want everyone else on them

Next time you see that Parky, you tell him that he did not do a very good job. Not with the amount we sell in the SW.
But as funny as that is, there in has been our big problem (Not with Andy or Tony). Every slippery git using them, but does not really want, or sometimes even are not allowed to tell anyone else about their edge.
We have never paid anyone to tell people that our hook baits are mustard. It might have taken longer to get there because of it, but it is real. Carp anglers are not stupid.

Lee is a pretty secretive angler, who has caught some incredibly special carp on our hook baits. Can't show you the vast majority of them, as they are all on the 'don't talk about them ones' list. He's a VERY good angler indeed. He was fishing the Railway & Larky with his dad as a very young boy and catching em, donkeys years ago.

Ricci, biggest in the lake, one of 7 caught in 24hrs. Ricci owns FishOn Tackle and works long hours 6 days a week. By the amount he catches, you might think he's doing far more time on the bank than he actually is. Well done mate.

This is the sort of stuff, that when it was actually happening, I could never even mention online. It would simply take us to places we could not be taken at the time in terms of orders. Imagine that. You can't even ever talk about things like this. This is the very first time I've have ever mentioned these numbers online. I still cannot mention them on the bigger social media platforms. Our website might literally blow up.
John Cash had 37 bites, landed 30 carp, in his first, and only 30 nights on Dinton White Swan. That is truly incredible on that lake. He works full time (has his own floor laying business) and has four beautiful young kids. He is a good angler. Give a good angler our S2, and they will do stupid things with them. Really stupid things.
He was done and pretty much dusted in those 30 nights. Works full time, fishing against packs of the best hungry young anglers around, all with far more time than he could ever wish for.
