1. Someone will know the guy, but there's a chap on FB who does rear steering proper pneumatic tyred wheels. Can't believe someone actually thought those trolley wheels were a good idea
EDIT, possibly Barrow Buddies having just seen Belch post on it in his review of his power barrow.
2. Why are the handles wobbly, I'm assuming not a good tight fit more reliant on the thumb screws (if they have them)?

Yes it is barrow buddies with the those rear wheels i also have some they are very good

Just a bit of play in them that's all, mate has nash one and same so not really a big issue. And I hang the rucksack on bar now so it doesn't move as much. Although probably making it worse. Interested in the wheels though, do they do ones that fit solar and are the wheels rubber or plastic

I was looking at the Solar Barrow out of interest and did mention from the outset that the wheels looked to be an issue (too small / no brake) - shame as the rest of the barrow looks well thought out. I can tell you that the Barrow Buddies kit is excellent . . .chunky pneumatic rear wheels; decent foot operated brakes for each wheel - its def in no way wobbly, its arguably more solid / stable as the footprint is increased.
Speak with Dean at BB - they've just bought out a new version that allows you to adjust the width / footprint of each wheel for a wider or narrower stance; you need to check your frame size for fit - its a relatively easy install once this is done . . .

I went for a standard MK2 Porter which I use with the tri-porter handles, Dean's adjustable rear wheels and a power upgrade from UK Barrow Conversions. All in cost less than a Power Porter "off the shelf" and has more power/better battery and the rear wheel kit is a game changer.

Exactly the same set up I have! Fantastic and battery lasts for ever.
My mate bought the solar one and its pants! The rear wheels are simply not fit for purpose unless you are on a flat surface

Its a complete new mech that requires some minor drilling to fit. More agg on a Nash barrow as the wires are integrated in the frame (you have to be careful) however any aftermarket power kits it should be a doddle . .

Another vote for Dean at barrow buddies. I just got my set delivered for the power porter Xtreme as the it's a nightmare with the wheels it comes with!
ive just ordered the traveler version with no wheels hopefully will be ok. its on back order from tackle box
You've got to wonder why no ones made a stand on motorised platform with flexi attachment that could be attached directly to any barrow.
