I'm having a right job finding out how to unsubscribe from Cypogrqphy after just one month. Any ideas and can someone walk me through it. Typically, they aren't answering me email or messages.

Sounds like the same when I unsubscribed ages ago.

No real way of doing in on the website. I emailed them a few times and eventually it stopped.

Might be worth cancelling your direct debit, that will stop it

I would have suggested cancelling DD
When they then contact you to say we haven't taken the subs then let them know.

Just cancel with the bank, there is no contract for the subscription.

Don't expect doing this to work. Twice I tried to cancel properly and they kept taking money. Just cancel it with your bank.

Just cancel your direct debit. I cancelled previously and this was the only thing that worked.

Rejoined not so long ago and thinking about cancelling again, sadly the content hasn't been great recently.

It's not a DD, it's a recurring card payment, not as easy to cancel. Luckily i lost my debit card, so the card number changed and the payments bounced. That's why they do it that way - there's no rights like with a DD. Even the banks aren't normally that helpful, the guys who managed to cancel it with the banks are lucky.

I'd emailed them numerous times, but it didnt stop them trying to take payment.

To cancel recurring card payments just report the card lost and order a new one. Your new card will be here within a week and all payments set up on the other card will bounce

What a piss take - people unsubscribing and then having money still taken out of their account. Bang out of order.

Jump in your motor and drive to Burghfeld and front the bloke up for your money back.

Wouldnt subscribe to any of these con artists, enough free stuff on YouTube to get by.

They have 7 days free trial at the moment so there will be many people canceling their cards in the future.
