Hey lads,

for the last two years I've been using a mixture of tigers, peanuts and maize and did very well on it.

Was catching right through until the end of November.

What are your opinions on using it in the winter?

Can I keep using the blend or is it better to change to boilies?

Bit concerned about digestibility.

Kind regards, Markus

From your profile you are from the continent somewhere, doesn't say where you fish.

Maize and tigers, and peanuts fished in sensible lower amounts can catch through the winter, obviously this also massively depends on location, venue size and fish stock levels.

Thanks for replying. I mostly fish big, old pits, normally with lower stocks and often quite deep (6 - 12 meters of fishing depth).

My plan was to bait two to three spots straight trough.

I forgot to mention there are very few nuisance fish about.
Are you sure?
