Hi guys,

I currently have a Fortis Marine Jacket (the raincoat) and I think about buying the Marine Liner Jacket (the insulation) for the coming autumn.

I also saw the thermal trail jacket by Fortis, but I also have a some thick, sherpa fleece sweaters.

Would these jackets offer anything more than just my thick sherpa fleece sweaters?

I think it will be just buying more stuff for goals that also are achieved by my current items.

I have used the combination of the liner and the jacket for two winters now and never had it cold. The liner is great to take everywhere because it packs down in a little ball. Is that an answer to your question?
