I've read on here about leaving tigers to ferment for 3 days in a bucket but can they be left for longer? (A few weeks?)
Or would doing this for longer would ruin them?

I have tiger in a bucket for over 8month now
Just make sure you can release pressure through a water lock or check the bucket regularly.
