Yesterday I used my new Fox Camolite Barrow bag for the first time and placed it on the wet grass. During the day, I noticed that the (supposedly waterproof) EVA bottom on the inside was darker on some spots, but I didn't put too much attention to it. When I came home, I found that everything inside the bag was damp (while I kept the bag inside the brolly all day)! This is not what I what with all electronic stuff in there.
Anyone else noticed this? I also bough a Fox Camolite Ruckall that has the same bottom
I fear that is going to be the same.....

Mmmm...I wonder how well the Item was 'Field tested in real conditions' it shouldn't happen

I just tested both bags in a shallow box for cleaning the bbq rack. The barrow bag leaked like a sieve while the ruckall stayed bone dry. Strange!
In fairness to Fox, the product blurb does say water resistant, not waterproof.

You're absolutely right, but if you can't place your bag in wet grass without everything getting damp, that is not what yiu would expect.

Well, I've had a ruckall for years and it's been placed on damp ground on many occasions and hasn't got waterlogged....

Yes, the ruckall stayed dry with me too, but I noticed that the inside of the ruckall bottom is black, while the inside of the barrow bag is green. Maybe the ruckall has an added waterproof layer?
