Hi guys...

I've been offered a mint set of platinum's from a friend for a really good price, 12ft 3lb...

Now I know they are a fairly old rod but they used to be greys flagship model, I've still got a set of original greys prodigy which I love and I've owned the prodigy plus and original x-flites but I know very little about the platinum's.

So my question is... does anyone still use them or have any experience with them that can tell me about their reliability, performance and maybe components used in manufacture? Any info would be great.
