Does anyone know the name of the lake opposite Matalans in Ashfod Kent or who owns/ controls it. Any help would be greatfully received. Not Singleton lake.

Struggling to find anywhere around this area that is not a day ticket nightmare or a pond about 100 yards across.

Im not looking for large carp but a chance of a thirty that actually exists would be great.
