Hi
As the Lithium batteries are now so affordable i am going to replace my 100 ah lead acid battery. Before i do i have read some snippets that suggest the lithium battery can damage your motor. I have a Fox 65lb motor so is there anything at all i need to consider with this pairing?

I have 12v x 100Ah Ultramax & Ecoworthy in Lipo both reliable decent battery's, the dchousepower price takes some beating though now especially with the Bluetooth and low temp protection, they do another 12V 100Ah with various Dc USB/C ports as well cost a bit more but I would be dubious using that one in a boat for the motor I doubt getting water in the charger ports will do them any favors but some serious amount of bank power for a long stay trip.
