Just like to praise Sabre Tackle customer services... the fun prevention officer bought me the 90Ltr rucksack as a Xmas present.
After 5 or so uses one of the shoulder straps became detached. It had very little actual use as it was only carried to and from the car to the barrow.
Anyway i sent them and email last night when i got home from fishing and a full refund with an apologetic email this afternoon.
I feel guilty as this would be a tenner or so to get sewed back on....

No issues with my very well thought out 30l rucksack, I've got time for them. I think you ha excellent comeback from them. Credit where it's due.
