Korda supernatural 18lb anyone had issues with this ? I'm running low on a spool of gravel brown which as the name suggests is a nice darkish brown/green colour, it blends in perfectly in a PVA bag, had a new spool arrive today although it's marked up gravel brown on the spool it's a bright sandy yellow, not something I'd buy or use, completely different from the original spool, do I send it back to the supplier in hope the replacement spool is as per the original or contact Korda customer services ....what would you do ?

In theory it's the retailer you would need to send back to who would then go back to Korda and a whole bonkers conversation will follow.

It will be cheaper and less faff to suck it up and buy a marker / different braid.I am not a Korda knocker, but had crimp pliers that corroded terribly so sent them back, they emailed me and said they'd been stored damp! They did replace, but to be super petty took the crimps out of the packaging.

The big brands customers are the retailers - not us and Korda are no worse or better than the rest.

Over ten years ago I was using the Supernatural braid in green and really happy with it. Mid session I ran out so tied a rig up using the gravel version. After being in the water a matter of minutes it went a horrible shiny, almost silver colour. That went straight in the bin.
