Never had any Lunatopes only Isotopes, are they any good or am I best sticking to what I know ?

Stick with isotopes,the lunatopes don't glow for very long.I had some a few years ago and they were rubbish and more hassle than they were worth,even after charging with the little torch they didn't glow for long.They might of improved since I had mine

No their absolute crap save your money they stay bright for less than 10 minutes then go duller than isotopes

I had some of those Lunatopes on my Barbel Rods, they do glow for a bit if charged with a proper Black Light source.
But I ended up making my own from scratch - they look like light bulbs and never stop Glowing, I'd never go back to Isotopes.

Isotopes, sleeved with the plastic tube that comes with starlight. This protects them, and the longer silicone tubing i have used on the enterprise tip adaptor allows the isotope to fold back on itself when the rods are folded and go tip down into the quiver.
I never get a frap up with these and the angle allows the isotope to sit up vertically and it's fully visible.

Take a look on Keith's website you will see what he means in his Bobbins section, from what I understand he makes his own material and then machines it for indicators as an alternative to isotopes.

That's about right Terry, no easy task but the end results are quite amazing.
It's also becoming common knowledge now that Isotopes are not far off being banned, don't ask me why - bloody woke brigade I suspect!
