Hi all, will the 5500 spool work and lift and shift onto my Shimano Ultegra CI4+ 14000's?!

Is the main difference just the spool size?

I'm moving over to some 10ft rods, and love the reels and want to keep them, just wondering as think the 5500 ‘size' might balance the rods out better?

The 5500 is a smaller reel than than 14000 with a smaller spool diameter so no they are not interchangeable
