does anyone have experience of these rods? Or recommend alternatives around the same price range? A friends son is after some new rods and mentioned the Epics but I know nothing about them so I said I'd ask around. Thanks.

My fishing partner has a set in cork - very attractive rods and he is very happy with them. I can't comment much on their performance from a personal perspective but they do put a lead a fair way and bend with a fish on.
