I've just got a new iPhone pro max 16. The shop transfer all my stuff across from my old phone which was a cheap old phone. I got home thinking I could get into Facebook and so on. When I clicked onto I e Facebook it said download from apple shop . So so done that but it's not letting me down load stuff. Any idea what I'm doing wrong. ? Any info would be great. As can't get back to the shop till Tuesday. And never had an iPhone

Hi bud did you enter credit card details when signing up to the app store? Or add a paypal account? Think the store needs this before allowing downloads but could be wrong.
