Recently ordered a set of three of the Bank Bug Rock Steady back rest systems in plastic, which have been very good, so I decided to get a set in the black ali.

Placed the order last week. I had a phone call from Bank Bug on Friday, informing me that they did not have any in stock, but were expecting them to arrive with them on Saturday, and would be send out same day. They duly arrived today.

The review is not so much on the back rests, which are very good, but on the level of service from Bank Bug.
