Would anyone with more brains than me know how many wraps
It is for 250 meters

Alot it's 273 yards a wrap is 4 yards so 273÷4=68.25 but I'm ***** at maths so that could be totally wrong and probably is

Or if you want to be super accurate
68 wraps and then add 0.35 of a wrap

I done it slightly different to Bradders
One wrap is 12 ft which is 3.6576metres
250 divide by 3.6576 equals 68.35

The correct amount give or take

If all you want to do is put 250 mtrs of line on a reel, just find an open space and position your marker sticks 10 or 25 metres apart, that way its only 25 "Wraps" or 10 "Wraps". Far easier than messing about with little short ones which has been mentioned already, you could loose count.

Line counter maybe?
