How many people use waterproof fishing bags i,e Nash Waterbox 230?

100% of my fishing is done from my electric barrow and the amount of time my rucksack/holdall gets saturated due to downpour I'm thinking of going down the waterproof bag route.

Is see Advanta do bags which are under half the price of Nash ones.

I have the two advanta ones and use them for the same reason you want to. I got fed up with soaking wet luggage especially bottoms of rucksack/carryalls and transferring it into the car and house. I even use the small/medium with the table type lid for a 'bait' bucket for storing bait/pop ups as it is quiet when rummaging around in it.

I love them and probably will never go back to material type bags. Zips are excellent and handles are solid. On a big plus, if you are unfortunate to wear a hole in one, a simple bit of duct tape will fix it.

I use the Aldi "Dry Duffel Bags" they do them in 3 sizes, 25 litre, 44 litre and 50 litre, 100% waterproof. I easily get my sleeping bag in them and all my spare clothing and thermal suit etc. I either buy the black or the yellow ones. I prefer the yellow as they are harder to lose or leave behind etc. They also do them in two versions, a roll up type and a carryall type with carry handles on the side

They usually have them on special offer during the Summer months.

A few other place sell them but they are a lot dearer.
