Got the black singlez system and having a few issues with them.

1. My alarms keep twisting and coming loose. I've tightened them as much as I physically can but still come loose. Any idea how to stop this?

2. One of my rears won't unlock to extend it. Got the tool thing they sold and it just seems to rip the collar apart. Again any help would be appreciated

Same issue with not tighteningcrap design

Can get jag o rings think the called I use them on my buzz bars n leave them on

I use Silicone "O" rings, occasionally the likes of Aldi's sell big box's of different sizes which has sizes to fit everything from indicators up to banksticks and alarms etc:-

Alternatively I have also used rubber washers that I have made from bike innertubes which are a bit like the old leather washers you could get for this purpose.

I also use the "Korum Locking Nut" which I find the best out of all the locking nuts that tackle manufacturers make as they are square and far easier to tighten than round ones.

Will have a try with these to see if they fix one of my issues

Iv got the black singles, same issues realy thought it would be a case of getting everything set up at home put them in the rucksack and away you go but always seem to be pissing about with them 🤦‍♂️

Funnily youtube started playing a mainline video with Niel Spooner yesterday, advert for the iso fish, the very start was him setting up his singles and as he pushed them in one of his alarms came lose and span round

I had a set, they look great but the locking system is pants. Really poor from Korda and they should really have bought out an updated version, however this would entail them admitting the system is not fit for purpose.

Agree - I have 2 stuck inserts that I have scratched to bits trying to realease and let's face it they even bought out a tool to try and make even more dosh from a crap system, I even manhandled to shred the teeth on that.

Personally the only Korda product I own is the crimp pliers, but I can't ever remember people saying that a Korda product is badly designed.
Very strange they've cocked up an item like this.

I have the same black system and for the money, it's shockingly poor quality. Notably the extendable arms. Incredibly stiff. Maybe I need to try some WD40.

I don't have any issue with the tightening that has been mentioned.

Are they not made by JAG? Or is it designed and outsourced?

The stainless versions are spot on, the black ones are crap.
