Has anyone got any first hand experience of fishing Canaan Pool, run by Arrow Meadow Fisheries?

I've been looking for a suitable venue to take my 7 year old son for his very first night fishing experience, and this place looks absolutely perfect on paper.

Anyone been?

I have not been to that pool-but I have fished the estate lake.
Don't know about the fishing but can vouch for Alan who runs the place-couldn't do enough for us and is a down to earth lad who wants you to enjoy your fishing and his venues.
