Probably more of a question aimed at those who have experience using the Gemini sea leads. Has anyone incorporated the smaller versions for their Carp angling? I have seen they are now selling them in smaller versions, so do the clips transition well into Carp fishing when trapping the line pre-splashdown? I fear that as we slow down the descent, it will stop the clip from releasing the hookbait if/when the lead lands in the drink. Has anyone got a rough guestimate on how often the clip DOESN'T open?
