I had one it was OK, the positives were the shape with the flat back to get the bed chair right back it left a good amount of space at the front of the bivvy for storing your bags, buckets etc, the extra wide door made it easy for getting the bed chair in and out and the headroom when sat on your bed chair was decent enough, if set up on flat level ground it was OK but any slight slope towards the lake and it was a **** to peg out at the front, there was a video put out by Wychwood at the time explaining how to set it up as many people had the same issue and complained it was difficult and almost felt like you were going to rip the material, the video helped but only when it was flat level ground, I didn't keep it long gave it to a mate getting back into his fishing.

Ive had the bivvy but not the extension, the bivvy on its own is a good compact bivvy, flat back so your bed pushes All the way back..its a nice bit of kit with ample storage room for holdall/rucksack to the front of the bedchair. I can only imagine that with extension it would make a decent sized bivvy for longer session.i had no problems with quality and only got rid of it as my wife bought me a frontier x which was way too big and heavy for my type of fishing.
