What's everyone's recommendations for an unhooking mat. It's going to be used on a stalking setup , I like the idea of something that folds in half with a carrying handle.
Would prefer something with sidewalls although not essential.

Not a lot on the market these days for a crib type stalking mat generally they all fold out flat Abode do one its a bit like one Nash had on the market a while back that unzips so far and then acts like a bit of a crib/cradle.
I was looking at something like THIS just not sure if it would be of a decent thickness or how long it would last, size looks ok 110cm x 75cm pretty standard for a lot of mats on the market.

Have a look at the Thinking Anglers mat. It is expensive but quality.

I had a good look at this mat , it does indeed look very good , I did however notice the carp care pouch doubles as a kneeling pad .? What's that all about.

I use the Fox easy mat. It's light easy to pack and folds in half and goes quickly into it's bag for easy carrying.
