Hi guys, booked on the pads lake in 2 weeks, anyone been recently? Any advice would be appreciated.

Long time since i fished it on a few socials but i would say try not to let them know you're there, not easy on a place that small.
If you can, stick a bottom bait right infront of an empty swim with two or three free offerings😉 as close to the bank as poss.

Last year was the last time I went. It's a tricky place. Can get very weedy in places, not sure it's cold enough for it to be dying off much yet. Use very little bait and keep things quiet is your best chance

We went last week during storm Ciaren. Had 2 fish between the 4 of us, fished very hard. We split up and fished a 1/4 of lake each. Will definitely go back, what a place.
