Has anyone on here used the Gardner Covert Rods? I mean they look nice but to hear of some real-world experience would be nicer.

if it helps, i believe the blank & components are all from the American Tackle stable, so tried and tested kit with a good reputation

I decided to take the plunge and purchase them at the weekend. I'll repot back on them once ive had them bankside

They look decent from the carpology vid, but everything does with them

How have these rods been for you? I have been looking at the 10ft but nowhere stock these to look at.

Anyone got any longer term reviews on these rods ? Look a lovely rod for the money

Yes, the 10ft 3.25lb version, they are surprisingly good casters, even with the small reels I have on them. They can cast a medium solid bag no problem.

I do like these rods but I don't feel they are beefy for 3.25lb.
