Know anyone with a costco type card?
Can get both off ebay or amazon or type catering corn in google -loads of companies deliver bulk 2kg cans. Might do same as supermarkets have got too expensive.

Have you considered using maize instead and buying a sack from an animal feed store? Would work out a hell of a lot cheaper.

Maize is brilliant on waters with smaller nuisance fish too, a mix of both will get everything to the party, whereas fermented maize will then get the party rocking.

Used to fish a lake in the early 90s all through the winter, the rising sun would hit the far bank every morning where a tree hung over the water.
Every night i fished it id chuck a small tin of corn in under that tree, every morning an hour after sunrise id get a run, picked up fish all through a hard winter, sweetcorn in the right place will outfish every other bait including maize.

As they mention check if they deliver to your area first before ordering or if your close enough you can collect, handy if you live in the Dartford area but not too bad for 6 x 2.12kg tins, probably accounts for the weight of the can as well so probably getting near 2kg of corn in a tin, you might get it cheaper if you called them as you would be ordering 4 boxes, £84 quid for around 50 kilo of corn seems reasonable to me unless you have a trade account with a direct wholesalers.

That's quite a statement to make nd I'm glad you have such confidence in a bait, I mean that is one of the big parts of fishing... but.......did you ever put a few handfulls of maize there instead of corn? I bet it would have picked up the fish just the same.
I have fished corn and maize for many years, both are extremely effective and here in Canada maize and corn are the most effective baits to use, I have been doing a comparison 3 rods, two with maize and one with boilies of various varieties.. the maize out fishes the boilies 10-1.
Maize for me is superior to corn in that it is of bigger size, can be prepared in many various ways, flavoured/salted/coloured/fermented if you want. It is much better for staying on the hair and doesn't get munched up by small nuisance fish. it is also a fraction of the cost of corn so can be fed at higher rates without worrying about the cost.
I have been literally putting in a 5gal bucket of maize into a swim 2 days before fishing and then fishing it using just a hand full over each rod at a time and I have been averaging 13 fish a session including fish to 32lb. This is in lake Ontario which is like an ocean with all wild fish and it has been drawing them in and holding them for days.

Or you could buy a 25kg sack of maize from a feed supply (about 50kg after preparing it) for about £12
I know which I would be going with.

I'm not after corn the OP is for his own fishing I just offered him a link to a site in the UK for corn at a price I consider reasonable especially as it is difficult to buy here in bulk other than shops, supermarkets or tackle shops if he was after maize I'd of advised the same as you "go to an animal feed supplier" but he wasn't.
Id be interested to know how do you get 50kg from 25kg after preparing it are you Paul Daniels cousin?

Well the 25kg sacks of maize is dry, as it absorbs the water from soaking and boiling it expands and takes on water which will roughly double the weight of the maize. You will notice that half a bucket of dry maize amazingly produces about a bucket of finished maize.
Math is hard hey?

Yep. People look at particle and think it's expensive, not realising you're doubling the end product after prep.
I agree with the above too regarding Maize. I feel its far more versatile and far more able to withstand a lake with smaller fish. EVERYTHING that swims will eat corn, home and abroad, from the ponds of paddock wood to the coast of costa rica, something will eat it.
I don't want EVERYTHING to eat it, only the fish i'm after.

I was in the same position earlier in the year and bizarrely it worked out cheaper to buy the normal size tins from Aldi (weight for weight) than getting the large catering size I had in the past.
