As previously posted, I'm looking to get some lower tc " players " rods.
Currently using my ES's for close to medium range, but feeling a tad overgunned at times.
I should add that they would be mainly used from under the times to maybe 40 yards, snag free swims and fish to around high 20's.
So far I haven't found any feedback on the KS 2.25's, but feel they could be ideal.
Other options really narrowed down to custom Baby Ballistas, or Multicarp in 2.25.
So anyone have experience of the 12 ft 2.25 KS rods ?

I don't know if it's of any help, but have you also looked at the 11 foot Surface Creeper? That is also around 2,25 lbs and a lovely parabolic action.

This was it's battle curve with a 35 lbs carp on the end. It felt a bit hairy lol. These rods were modified to my wishes by w rod builder here.
